We offer Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and ventilation in the rooms to ensure your comfort in Cartagena’s warm climate.

The property features a shared pool, spacious social areas, and ideal spaces for relaxing after exploring the city. The pool is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., following community guidelines.

The rooms are independent and private, and professional cleaning is carried out after every check-out to maintain high cleanliness standards. Additional cleaning or support during your stay can be arranged upon request and at an extra charge.

The kitchen is equipped for short and medium-length stays.

The location is completely walkable: you’ll be surrounded by restaurants, cafés, museums, and iconic spots in the Historic Center.

The atmosphere of the house is calm, boutique, and welcoming. Harmony, respectful coexistence, and consideration for all guests’ rest are prioritized. For this reason:

• Access is only allowed to registered guests. No visitors or changes to the reservation are permitted once check-in is complete.

• Parties, loud noises, or smoking inside the apartment are not allowed (only on the terrace or balcony).

• Pets are welcome only with prior authorization.

• Standard check-in and check-out times are 15:00 / 11:00, with flexibility subject to availability.

• By local regulations, all guests must present a physical ID at check-in.

The pool and the inner patio are shared spaces with the other unit of Casa La Mantilla and are available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., always respecting the house rules.


During your stay, it is possible to arrange additional cleaning and housekeeping services upon request and at an extra cost.

Reglas adicionales – Casa Mantilla

Estimado huésped, de parte de Integral Stay S.A.S., nos complace que haya elegido nuestro espacio para su estadía. Le invitamos a leer y acatar las siguientes normas:

Al momento de la reserva se solicitarán nombres completos y números de identificación (Cédula de Ciudadanía o Pasaporte, según corresponda), con el fin de reportar la información a las autoridades de migración y turismo en Colombia.

A. Normas de convivencia

Solo podrán ingresar las personas registradas en la reserva. No se permiten visitas ni cambios de huéspedes una vez confirmada la reserva. Antes del registro, se podrán realizar modificaciones siempre que se respete la capacidad máxima y las normas de la copropiedad.

No está permitido el ingreso de menores de edad sin la compañía de sus padres o la debida documentación. En caso de sospecha de irregularidades, se dará aviso a las autoridades competentes. Estamos en contra de cualquier forma de explotación o abuso de menores.

No está permitido el ingreso de armas de fuego, materiales explosivos, inflamables, estupefacientes o sustancias similares.

No se permiten mascotas sin autorización previa del propietario o anfitrión.

El huésped titular de la reserva es responsable por todas las personas registradas, así como por cualquier daño o falta ocasionada en la copropiedad, el apartamento, muebles o enseres.

El inmueble es de propiedad privada. Los propietarios y/o anfitriones no se hacen responsables por accidentes, lesiones o enfermedades ocurridas durante la estancia.

Mantenga la propiedad, muebles y equipos en buen estado y utilícelos únicamente para su uso previsto.

En caso de pérdida de llaves o apertura por olvido dentro del apartamento, se cobrará un cargo de USD $40.

Cada huésped es responsable de su seguridad. Recomendamos no permitir el ingreso de personas desconocidas, mantener el apartamento cerrado y cuidar sus pertenencias. No nos hacemos responsables por pérdida de objetos de valor.

Los utensilios de cocina, limpieza, toallas y demás elementos son propiedad del anfitrión. Cualquier daño o faltante tendrá un cobro equivalente a su valor comercial, incluyendo transporte e instalación.

No arrojar residuos o elementos que obstruyan desagües (lavaplatos, lavamanos, sanitarios, etc.). En caso de obstrucción por mal uso, se aplicará un cargo adicional de USD $100.

No se permiten fiestas, reuniones, gritos o ruidos que alteren la convivencia del edificio. Se permite música a volumen moderado hasta las 22:00. En caso de incumplimiento, se podrán aplicar sanciones e incluso dar aviso a la Policía.

No está permitido fumar dentro del apartamento. El incumplimiento generará un cargo de USD $100 por limpieza. Tampoco está permitido fumar o vapear en zonas comunes del edificio.

Si encuentra algún elemento en mal estado, deberá reportarlo inmediatamente. De lo contrario, el costo podrá ser asumido por el huésped.

B. Normas de ingreso y salida

Check-in: A partir de las 15:00. Ingresos anticipados están sujetos a disponibilidad y deben ser consultados previamente.

Por normativa colombiana, es obligatorio registrar a todos los huéspedes. Se requerirá copia de los documentos de identidad de cada persona incluida en la reserva.

El ingreso se realizará siguiendo las instrucciones del anfitrión. La recepción opera 24 horas. Las llaves podrán ser entregadas personalmente o dejadas en un punto acordado.

Check-out: Hasta las 10:00. Salidas tardías están sujetas a disponibilidad y pueden tener costo adicional.

El almacenamiento de equipaje antes del check-in o después del check-out está sujeto a disponibilidad. Integral Stay no se hace responsable por pérdidas o daños.

Antes de salir, asegúrese de apagar luces y equipos eléctricos. Invitamos a contribuir con el uso responsable de la energía.

Las llaves del apartamento deben dejarse dentro del mismo al momento de la salida.
