Essential Rules

Only guests registered on the reservation are allowed entry (visitors or changes to the guest list are not permitted without prior authorization).

Parties, events, and loud noises that may disturb the peace of the neighborhood are not permitted.

Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas of the house. Smoking inside the bedrooms is not permitted.

Guests have access to the main areas of the house during their stay.

The house has a side spiral staircase that provides access to the upper terrace and one of the bedrooms. Please use it with caution; its use is the responsibility of the guests.

During your stay, a daily cleaning service will be provided between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., focusing on general cleaning and refreshing sheets and towels as needed. In addition, the house has staff and a concierge available 24 hours a day, responsible for opening and closing the main door and supporting the general operation of the property.

Check-in and check-out times may vary according to availability (standard times: 3:00 p.m. / 11:00 a.m.).

All guests must present identification at registration upon arrival.

At Casa Don Sancho, guests will have access to all private and social areas of the house, including bedrooms, living room, patios, terraces, and relaxation spaces. The property is designed to provide a peaceful and private experience within the historic environment of the Walled City.

From this privileged location, it's easy to explore the city's main attractions while enjoying the charm and authentic atmosphere of one of the Caribbean’s most iconic neighborhoods.

The Walled City is an ideal area to explore on foot, as most squares, restaurants, cafés, museums, and attractions are just a few minutes' walk from the house.

For travel to other parts of the city, it is easy to request taxis or ride services from apps, which can pick up and drop off passengers at the entrances near the historic center.

The Rafael Núñez International Airport is located approximately 10–15 minutes by car from the property, depending on traffic.

Because Casa Don Sancho is situated within the Walled City, a historic area with restricted vehicle access, parking on the streets is not always available. There are public parking lots around the historic center for those arriving by car.
