# ACCOMMODATION RULES AND BUILDING REGULATIONS

Dear Guests,

We are pleased that you have chosen this property for your stay. We kindly ask you to read and comply with the following rules, which have been established to ensure a safe, pleasant stay and respectful coexistence with other residents of the building.

When making a reservation, the first names, last names, and identification numbers of all guests — Colombian national ID cards or passports, as applicable — will be requested to complete the registrations required by Colombian immigration and tourism authorities.

## A. BUILDING AND COMMUNITY RULES

**1. Registered Guests and Visitors**

Visitors are not permitted in the apartment. Individuals who have not been confirmed and registered as part of the reservation will not be allowed to enter the building or apartment.

Once the reservation registration has been completed, no additional guests may enter, be substituted, or be added.

Before completing the registration, necessary changes may be made, provided that the property's maximum occupancy and building regulations are respected.

**2. Minors**

Minors are not permitted to enter without being accompanied by their parents or without the corresponding documentation and authorizations.

If document forgery, exploitation, human trafficking, or any situation that may endanger a minor is suspected, the relevant authorities, including the Colombian Childhood and Adolescence Police, will be contacted immediately.

We strongly oppose all forms of sexual exploitation or abuse of children and adolescents.

**3. Prohibited Items and Substances**

Firearms, explosive materials, flammable substances, narcotics, or similar substances are not permitted inside the building.

**4. Pets**

Pets are not permitted without prior consent from the property owner and/or host.

**5. Responsibility for Guests**

All individuals registered under a reservation are the sole responsibility of the guest who made the booking.

Therefore, the person who made the reservation will be responsible for any damage, misconduct, or rule violations caused by any member of the reservation within the building, apartment, or involving furniture, fixtures, appliances, or other items provided in the accommodation.

**6. Accidents, Injuries, or Illnesses**

All units are privately owned. Property owners and/or hosts are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during the stay within the building or accommodation premises.

**7. Property Care**

Please keep the property, furniture, fixtures, and all other items in good condition throughout your stay.

**8. Proper Use of Equipment and Devices**

Please use all devices, appliances, equipment, and other items provided in the accommodation exclusively for their intended purposes.

**9. Additional Cleaning Service**

If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, an additional charge of USD 20 per day will apply.

Bed linens and bath towels are included in the accommodation. However, daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate.

**10. Lost Keys or Apartment Unlocking**

If guests lose their keys or leave them inside the apartment and assistance is required to unlock the door, an additional charge of USD 40 will apply.

**11. Security and Personal Belongings**

Each guest is responsible for their own safety. We recommend not allowing strangers into the building, keeping the apartment securely locked when unattended, and taking proper care of personal belongings and valuables.

Property owners and/or hosts are not responsible for lost valuables or personal belongings.

**12. Inventory, Supplies, and Damage**

Kitchen and cleaning supplies, towels, and all other items provided in the apartment belong to the host.

Any missing, lost, or damaged items will incur an additional charge equivalent to their market replacement value, plus transportation and installation costs when applicable.

**13. Proper Use of Drains and Plumbing**

Do not dispose of products, objects, or materials that may obstruct the normal flow of water in kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, toilets, or other drainage systems.

The plumbing and sewage system operates properly; however, blockages may occur if inappropriate materials are disposed of through the drains.

If a blockage is determined to have been caused by improper use by a guest, an additional charge of USD 100 will apply to cover the work necessary to resolve the issue.

**14. Parties, Gatherings, Noise, and Community Rules**

PARTIES, LOUD SHOUTING, AND ANY ACTIVITIES THAT DISTURB THE PEACE OR HARMONIOUS COEXISTENCE OF THE BUILDING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Only gatherings involving guests registered under the reservation are permitted, with music kept at a moderate volume, until 10:00 p.m.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in a warning or disciplinary proceedings under the building's regulations. As a last resort, police intervention may be requested to enforce the established rules.

Please be courteous and respectful toward neighbors and keep radios, televisions, mobile phones, tablets, and other electronic devices at a moderate volume.

**15. No Smoking or Vaping**

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED inside the apartment.

Failure to comply with this rule will result in a USD 100 additional cleaning fee.

Smoking and vaping are also prohibited in common areas, including hallways, gardens, pools, and other wet or recreational areas.

**16. Reporting Damage or Items in Poor Condition**

If you find any equipment, item, or accessory in the apartment damaged or in poor condition, you must immediately report it to the host so that the necessary inspection and replacement can be arranged.

Failure to report such issues promptly may result in the guest being charged the corresponding cost.

**17. Swimming Pool Maintenance**

All swimming pools in the building undergo maintenance every Tuesday and cannot be used on that day.

## B. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT RULES

**1. Check-in Time**

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. (15:00).

If you wish to arrive earlier, you must check availability with the host in advance.

**2. Mandatory Guest Registration**

In compliance with Colombian government regulations, ALL guests must be registered.

For this reason, copies of identification documents are required for every person confirmed under the reservation.

**3. Apartment Access**

To access the apartment, you must follow the instructions provided by the host.

The building's reception operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If the host is not present, the keys will be placed in the Master Lock lockbox located at the apartment entrance, according to the instructions provided.

**4. Check-out Time**

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m.

If you wish to check out later, you must consult the host in advance regarding availability and any applicable additional charges.

**5. Luggage Storage**

Luggage may only be accepted before check-in if this service has been requested in advance and the host has confirmed its availability.

The property owner and/or host is not responsible for damage to or loss of luggage or belongings left in storage.

**6. Energy Conservation**

Before leaving the apartment, please ensure that all switches and devices that do not need to remain powered on are turned off.

Together, we can help reduce energy consumption and improve our carbon footprint.

**7. Key Return**

At the end of your stay, the apartment keys must be left inside the apartment before departure, following the instructions provided by the host.

## C. PARKING RULES

**1. Vehicle Registration**

Guests who wish to use the parking facilities must provide their vehicle's license plate number to the host sufficiently in advance so that this information can be communicated to the building's reception.

**2. Responsibility for Vehicles and Personal Belongings**

The property owner and/or host is NOT responsible for damage to or loss of vehicles or any belongings left inside them.

We recommend always checking that all vehicle doors and windows are securely closed and avoiding leaving valuables inside the vehicle.

By confirming the reservation and staying at the property, guests acknowledge that they are aware of and accept these rules, as well as the community and security regulations established by the building management.
